Small Group Strength

This in person small group strength training class blends traditional strength exercises with Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) principles to optimize your movement patterns and improve overall performance. Designed for individuals seeking to build strength, mobility, and resilience, this class focuses on correcting postural imbalances, addressing dysfunctional movement patterns, and enhancing neuromuscular control.

Position Performance

In this personalized, private session, we’ll focus on addressing the root causes of your pain using Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) techniques and design and individualized treatment plan. This session is tailored specifically to your needs, whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, preparing for joint replacement or surgery, or looking to optimize your movement. Ideal for anyone looking for targeted support to move beyond pain, achieve sustainable results, and develop a body that performs optimally—no matter your activity level, age, or background. Using PRI techniques such as repositioning, breathing mechanics, and neuromuscular reconditioning, we’ll target key muscle groups while ensuring proper alignment and body and breathing mechanics. Each session is tailored to promoting better posture, reducing pain, and improving strength and mobility for functional, pain-free movement. Emphasis on ribcage and lumbo-pelvic support and positioning.
