Meet Crystal

Crystal Thomas is a former Division I and professional indoor volleyball player who understands the impact of chronic pain on performance.


With her Master’s degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Health Promotion and Sport Performance combined with her Postural Restoration Institute training and athletic experience she has a deep understanding of movement, biomechanics, and human performance.


Crystal's holistic approach empowers individuals to thrive by restoring balance, eliminating pain, enhancing mobility, and fostering long-term health and well-being.
